Check the slides in the drive shafts for excessive play, if not there then check the pinion shaft at the rear end for play. It would be very possible that there is a bearing bad in the trans case also.
Lots to check out, maybe someone can move this to the proper area for more replies.

bad day
Well got my new drive shaft for the Bronco today put it in backed out of the drive put in drive bang blew the rear end so SANTA if your read this i would a new rear axle assembly w 3.55 gears for a 94 bronco w/ abs
hope you all find this funny because i want to put a stick of dynamite in the gas tank and blow the truck sky high
so if any one knows where i can get a rear assembly in michigan let me know
