Linksys is a good name as well as Belkin
Real easy to hook up to cable internet then the lappy's just connect wirelessly to the router.
You can connect your computer, via a Cat 5 cable to your computer and control everyone from there.
Like I said, I am off until the 2nd, I would be glad to offer my assistance and limited knowledge.
