Need Advice

What do you guys think this HD F-250 is worth?
2004 Harley Davidson f-250 6.0l Crew Cab, 4x4.

First of all it was reported by Carfax as a recovered theft. Stolen and apparently found in the same month. A new title was issued in the same month it was reported stolen. (NICB confirmed)

Problems with the truck that I could see on first inspection:
-Pass door lock broken
-Ignition switch broken (no key required to start)
-Front bumper slightly bent
-Tailgate slightly damaged
-Seats and console missing
-Mismached tires (all rims accounted for though)

Everything except what I identified above works in the truck. It started on the first crank, no unusual sounds, smoke, or smell. No evidence of excessive leaks in XMSN or Engine. Oil looked black and smelled normal, Trans oil was pink and didn't appear to be burnt.
The truck as 63000 miles on it so I assume it's still under warantee??
I think I maight be able to get this think for around 12-15k maybe less.
What do ya'll think "deal or no deal".

I'm currently driving a 2003 F350 CC, FX4, 6.0l w/250k miles.

Thanks TJ

Other than the that horrible color scheme , sorry just my opinion, That would be a sick deal. As a matter O fact where is this truck located??? =op.

Man if it was Harley black it would be so sexy. You said the seat were missing? All the seats? Or just the front. I hear a lot of times stolen rides are ridden hard. Don't know how you could check without dropping the pan.

All seats and center console are gone probably already sold on ebay. Whats wrong with the color. I kinda like the two tone reminds me of halloween. I have two solid black vehicles right now so the color is kinda cool IMHO.
For about 3k I can get a complete set of HD seats off ebay....I wonder what the VIN is on the console...hmmmmm.

I just wanted to say this... I had my ford f250 broken into a month and a half ago..

to replace the drivers door lock cylinder, new ignition cylinder and re-key it, and a new door handle.. it was 543 bucks out the door from the ford dealership including the tow charge.

I just wanted to give you a figure to look at if you decide to buy the truck to get some work done on it to replace the parts that were broken.

Thanks Rebelyell, thought for sure that would cost alot more than 500 bucks. Gonna go look at it again tomorrow...trying to convince the wife I "NEED" another toy. She hasn't quite bought the Christmas gift theory yet.

yeah I tought it would be higher too.. from what I was told if the ignition cylinder turns then the labor cost to fix it will be alot lower since the mechanic wont have to drill it out to remove it. from what you say it will start without a key so you should be safe on that.
still if it has a clear title then I would look into it, there a numerous trucks in the junkyard you can get the interior parts from.

i personally would check with ford if they will still waranty it since it had a re-branded title. sometimes they will not honor it if it has a flood or so on. just my opinion, unless you are not worried about it.

JJ that is the big thing I'm gonna check is the warranty. It wasn't a flood truck or anything is was a theft recovery, so hopefully it still has the warranty. If not I may pass.
