Warning light and gauge Sending Units are different as well.
IWMU, that all 14401 main wiring harnesses were the same in every F-series light trucks unless they were either AC or Non-AC.
Different for E-series though
Ford had the ingenious seperate harnesses system to run added options from the main harness "Plug and play" so to speak.
ie: regular vs intermittent wipers, speed control,lighting,etc
