90 4x4 5sd no od@ reverse

Just got a 90 ranger v6 4x4 5 speed, 1sp to 4th shifts ok. reverse jumps outand 5th-od can't get in . no noises, possable shift linkage, Got any ideas?

It won't go into either gear? Bent shift forks...you can remove the shifter and look down in the transmission from the hole for the shifter and check.
