Is it similar to POR-15? Better or worse?
I still havent decided what method I want to use for my projects. (Variprime, Paint, POR-15, Rust Bullet, Powdercoat, etc.)
I've used it with good results...would use it again. I believe that I paid less for the Rust Bullet than the price of POR-15. Dries hard and hasn't shown any sign of deterioration.
I have no experience with Rust Bullet but I`ve started using Zero Rust and it seems to be standing up ok so far.
It doesn`t dry rock hard so it doesn`t chip easily. It`s dry to the touch in minutes in warm weather and it seems top coat-able with ordinary paint.
Used it on my frame... can't compare, cause I have used anything else. From what I read, it seemed simpler to use than Por, that was my main decision point between the two. It also isn't UV sensitive like POR.
