problem

hey guys, im having a problem with my truck stahling out on me with no warning, its like the engine just dies but i have power with the radio and dash light etc. a guy told me it might be the cam position sensor does this sound right? wanted your guys opinion before i purchase. thanks for the imput

Yes it sounds like the CPS going out on you. The new ones at Ford are around $30.

Mine used to do the same thing I changed my CPS and all better. That is where I would start.

thanks guys, is it easy to put in? also i havent been around in awhile I wan to post pictures of my truck since i did stacks but dont know how to post the pics let me know thanks

Very easy job 10 mm 1/4" deep well socket or similiar apparatus and a screwdriver to pry it out.

Get a webshots account or some photo site account and post them there then you will be able to show them here.
