I Passed Emissions
I have had issues with with my new/used cars here in TN passing emissions. With the 02 X I had a 4 inch MBRP exhaust, high flow intake and the Juice Attitude. A few years ago there was no emessions test but I guess they figured they needed our money each year. I went through with the Edge on "0" but I threw a code - 0683. I took my paper and 30 minute wait and drove to my mechanic. We knew what the code meant but I had a theory it was the train horn pulling extra current. My mechanic cleared the code and I drove out to my toyhauler to winterize it. That put 85 miles on the truck so I went back to the emissions center. The light didn't come back on and I passed.

I just passed in IL. Here they usually only check the OBDII system for codes and if its clear you pass. These guys probed my tailpipe at idle though! I guess anything over 8500GVWR gets probed! We just got rid of the "dyno" test where they would beat on your car while sniffing teh exaust fumes. I figured i was good to go with just OBDII scans then this.
Hopefully this doesnt one day end up being liek my old bronco's practically imposisble to pass!
