Passive Anti Theft Device

Question:

I had a 03 F250 before it was stolen and totaled. Did it have Fords Passive anti theft device on it, or does Ford only put them on certain vehicles. Cause they popped the door lock and busted the column.

PATS was not available in the Super Duty until the 2008 model (it was available on the Excursion though).
