Lost Key!!!
I have a 78 F-150 and its been sitting since '02. Somehow the only key I have for it seemed to disappear. My dad bought a 78 VW Bus a few months back, which also didn't have the key. He went to a VW dealership with the door handle and they made him a new key. Is there anything like that you can do with a Ford? I really don't want to replace the ignition lock and door locks.

Do the doors open ?
Unless the ignition switch or door locks have been replaced ...Take the passenger side door lock to any locksmith and have a key made.
Here they charge $15.00 for making one key.
The alternatove is gathering up as many keys as you can and hopefully one will work.
Theer are only so many combinations.
