I figure i should replace this while i'm replaceing the rest of the cat back, mine has a few small holes in it, dunno how old it is any ways...

I don't stock this unit, though I probably should as I have an Aerostar. I know our unit has an inner braid and costs a little extra. Not positive if that improves the durability or not. But that part will work and is at a good price.

Check that the hangar arrangement is correct. As I recall that hangar was on the muffler inlet, not the braided pipe on my '92 Aero 3.0.
How to know if the braided pipe is shot? Mine is rusty, but seems solid.

Dunno if its totaly shot, i know that when i had it up on a lift there's a couple spots that are black amoungst the silverish stuff, and when i moved my hand around it, i could feel hot air poofing out of it.
