Another directional issue

My buddy has a 99 F-150 and had the usual issue with the wires pulled out of the multifunction switch. Up until that happened he had the usual "move the tilt wheel up and down to get the directionals to work" syndrome.

He cut a grey connector out of a E series van in the junkyard that matched up and wired it to his and all the wires and circuit numbers match. Also bought a brand new multifunction switch.

The problem we are having is:
A. No right rear directional, brake or hazard. (was working before)
B. With right directional on, right front flashes with left rear.
C. With left directional on, left front flashes fast only (no left or right rear flashing)

It would seem that one of the wires are reversed in the connector or harness, but everything matches up. Any ideas? Thanks

Disregard. I found the problem. The trailer tow output wires coming out of the switch were reversed.
