differential interchange

Hi, I spoke to the local ford partsman and asked him if I would be able to u se the same carrier when I change from 3.73 - 4.30 gearing in my '06 F250. He not so convincingly said that 3.73, 4.10, and 4.30 all use the same diff carrier for the front and rear.

Anyone confirm this?

iirc you need anew carrier at 4.56 and up (or down however you look at it). I would go with the dealer on this one
