Truck Not responding to 10k mod
I had been running a 10k resistor and was loving the additional power. Then I wanted to have smoother idle so I bought a 10k potentimeter (or what ever) so I could have it on a switch. I can't get it to work at all. I tried putting the resistor back in and can't get it to work either. I slid the wires into the back of the plug as far as they would go. any ideas?

I've never heard of anyone using a pot so I won't venture a guess on that one. The 10k resistor is either bad, a wire is broken in your setup or you are hooking the wires back up wrong. Maybe try a new resistor. I had mine wired to a switch and then through the throttle validation with a relay. It sounds complicated but it really wasn't.
