Flash Update...What Model Year?

I have heard of thie flash update for about $120 from the dealer in that one of the items fixed, is that at start, there is an small charge sent to the injectors for the PSD's that help it start better in cold weather.....Anyone know what year this is good for?

I saw that they were talking about the 6.0. Wasn't sure if there was one for the 7.3 PSD.
