What are you looking for? 2lb, 4lb or 6lb overboost?

Either the 4lb or 6lb....

Will I need to do any other mods to my truck???

My friend called into a local shop and they wanted $150 for the pulley & belt. And $500 for the tune. Not sure how many lbs. of over boost the pulley was...

Only other mod is getting it tuned. Check you email about the pulley.

I assume $500 for the tune includes dyno time?

I recommend sticking with a 4 if you plan to keep the truck a long time.

6 lbs will certainly result in more power, and is good for the track or occasional driving. However, it results in more heat during normal driving than 4lbs since the blower is always pumping more air (even when dumping boost). This impacts mileage all the time, and can increase blower coolant and AIT temps if you drive it a lot in traffice.

4lb sounds good...

How will it affect my gas mileage?

Just curious, Why do I need to change my Fuel Filter when & replace my plugs?

Thanks alot!

Did you check your email, as I noted 2 posts above, about the pulley?

Any pulley is going to impact your mileage, I can't say by how much, that depends on your drving.

I'd change the fuel filter at least every 20K and the plugs as needed (check them every 10K) --- that's what I do.
