Tinted 3rd Brake light

Tinted 3rd Brake light
Does anyone know if DE will pass a vehicle with a tinted 3rd brake light? I can only find that the vehicle has to have two original brake lights on the back of the vehicle.
I was looking at putting the following brake light in:

Didn't you get 5yr tags?
Go for it, just keep the OEM in case the inspector is having a bad day when you go thru.
Also if you buy and RECON accessories use the discount negotiated for us "FTE30" and get the discount.
