It's the Rancher Grille Guard by Go Industries It mounts to the frame ends through the lower valance, on either side of the lisence plate. For deer though I think you want the one of the full bumper replacement types, this one is sturdy but I've seen what hitting a deer can do and I'm not sure how it will hold up.
