I am never a fan of chemical flushes. Never seem to be able to get all of it out, even after some clean oil has been run through it. Even dirty oil that comes out of a transmission, only means that suspended solids have accumulated in the oil, and is not indicitave of conytamination inside of the case. Instead, I would fill with fesh fluid, and re-check in a few hundred miles. If the oil is dark once again, i would flush it again. You will flush a few times regardless if you used a chemical, so you are simply eliminating the possibility of leaving any trace of chemical in the box, and ruining a bearing.
Doubt you will find that the fluid is real dirty after the first flush.
