Autospring
finally got around to ordering my 1.5" kit, just got here and am lookin at it. i am gonna have to spin the strut 180 degrees when i reinstall it the way they have this set-up. is this how the 2 and 2 1/2s ar as well, or is it due to clearance issues on the studs with the smaller kit?? im not sure bout spinnin it when i go back together i would have to sy it will change the load on the spring... im not sure i like it...

it should only go on one way, due to the bolt pattern.... the bolts arent 120 degrees apart, so it only lines up in one position. when the kit is bolted on, the kits new studs will be in the same position as the factory studs.
ok, i was just re-thinking this, and i would bet that you are correct as for the bolt clearances with the smaller kits.... as for the 2.5" kit, the total thinkness is 1.75", so im not sure what the 1.5" kit measures, but im sure its a bit smaller.
