Relay trouble
Anyone else have any trouble with there door open relay? I've got a 98 Flareside and mines gotten so bad I had to take the domelight fuse out because it wouldn't go out.
. Anyone know which relay it is?

Relay trouble
Before you change anything try this. I had the same problem on my 97 4x4. Apparently dirt biulds up and there is no contact made. Take some WD-40 and spray it into the small opening in the front of the door jam where the bracket comes out of the body. There is a switch or sensor in there that controls the door ajar and dome light. If this is your problem the WD-40 will clean it up and problem solved. At least mine was solved. Hope this helps.
