Been a Jeep guy for past ten years and had pretty good luck with the affordable LTB. Want to know if these will hold up under the weight of my F-250; anyone running them on their full-size SD?
I was considering going with the 34x10.5 r17 on my stock steel rims. the price is right, and the load rating isn't too far off. and the tech I spoke to at the dealership said I could have it re-programmed to adjust the efi, shiftpoints, speedo, etc to make up for the (slightly) larger diameter w/out having to swap in new ring & pinions.
I've run two sets on my jeep wrangler and know they're a good trail tire. my only concern is how they'll hold up under the weight of a 6000 lb truck as opposed to a 3000 lb jeep.
i ran a set of 34/10.5 16 as my off road set of tires, they held up very well. bad a$$ tire a little skinny but tought as nails, ran true(loud) great traction had about 4k road miles and 300 offroad miles and i sold them and the tread looked new minus the offroad bruises, you could still faintly see the interco on the tread, i would not run these as a everyday tire as the winter ice traction is not so good and they get flat spots every morning until they are driven for a few miles. but for a second set they are awesome.

lol! that's right, one thing I don't miss about my LTB's. It's only been two weeks out of the jeep and I already forgot about that. I'm surprised that you'd still get that running higher pressures under a heavier truck.
