plug,Coil On Plug, Alt,pumps compatibility???

got Chance 2 buy some from some E series on local scrapyard.
there's 2 econolines one with 4900K ,second 9000K ,well smashed but engines looks like new probably 2007 .Could get some parts for the fraction of the real price.
I'm just not sure what parts will fit my ride and if.
EX 2002,V10 XLT all bells and whisles,89K Miles on it.
