Just wondering. I saw a minor amount of snot in the oil fill after I brought my new to me 99 home. Seems to be going away now. The truck sat quite a bit and was only driven short distances recently. I would guess it's condensation that needs to be burned off.
Doesn't smell like the coolant snot I've seen in the past, more like burned oil smell. Time will tell.
