I know, you guys are going uugh not another LK thread. I really need your expertise. I have a 03 PS CC 4x4. I want to level it out, but i dont want to spend $1k. I was looking at the Rough Country 2.5 inch leveler. Does anyone have this kit or know anyone that does? Or does anyone have a better suggestion? $300-400 would be my limit. I only want to put 33s or at the most 35s on my truck, so no need for a bigger lift. Please help, not sure which way to go.
I recommend 33's with the dr 2' mini spring pack. depending on your rear springs it will level your truck out. I think it will level it out if you have v code springs but if you have x code then the 3" hanger kit is recommended. I think I read that on tds. once my tires are shot i'll be lowering back down to the mini spring pack with 33's.
I put a 2" kit on mine from Tuff Country. It was basically an add-a-leaf system. Installed w\alignment cost me $280. Leveled the truck nicely and should have no problems with 33's. Hope this helps.

Do you have an F250 or an F350. It makes a big difference when you buy a kit that says it will "level" your truck. Most kits say they are for (F250/350) This is not exactly true. They each take a different amount of lift up front to level with the rear due to the rear factory lift blocks being different. F350 blocks are taller which need an additional 2 inches up front to level. I used the Tuff Country leveling kit which is actually designed to level an F350 (not stated so on web site). Once installed I had to add-a-leaf to the rear leaf pack to get the rear up to match the new front "leveling kit".
I had a spring shop make me an extra leaf to give me the 1200# more capacity that comes with the snow plow package(my truck has 4800# front springs). They can arch the spring to give you whatever added lift you want. I think it was about $150 shipped and I did the install.
