It seems like once in awhile I don't receive replies to my email when other
members post on the same topic that I also posted on.
Is this an FTE issue or an issue with my email?

I'm guessing it's an FTE issue. That happens to me sometimes too. I will also get 2 emails notifying me of the same new post every once in a while too.
