Just got my edge the other day. Have not installed the tunes yet as it is giving me an error (d2), but that is another topic.
The edge is capable of displaying "Actual fuel rail pressure" (AFRP) and "Line Pressure Desired" (LPD). The AFRP is pretty self explanatory but could someone shed some light on what the LPD is. Also, could someone let me know what their edge is showing for the LPD. Mine ranges from 50 to 120 but is usually around 80. Thanks.
The Line Pressure Desired is a figure that the Trans Control Module commands for the current shift and how you are driving. There is no normal pressure al will be different since now that everything is computer controllled that your truck will learn how you drive. The EDGE allows you to see what the PCM sees. Hope you get the error figured out cause your gonna love the truck with it installed.
