Ignition

I just finished replacing the cap and rotor, after rebuilding my distributor(TFI) according to how to rebuild a ford small block, including a new modual thing, electronics on distributor. I plan on buying new plugs and wires, and I have a blaster 2, but it is a female plug. When I buy plugs can I buy one that is male on one end? Is it worth it to put the MSD coil in? Also what brand of plugs and plug wires would everyone suggest?

It's an 85 f150 300cid

You may want to post this question in the electrical forum. As far as the plugs go just the normal stock plug does just fine.

We offer our Live Wires with off-the-shelf part numbers OR you can order them from us and have us build each wire to the exact length you want for each cylinder. Also with the specified boot angles.

You're talking about the wire between the coil and dizzy, right? There should be a wire that will work in the set, just check before you buy. Otherwise, you can order coil wires with different ends from Summit, etc.
