CD player help?

CD player help?
Got a 96 F150 302 auto 2WD . When I press the brake my CD player cuts out. I looked under by brake pedal thinking maybe a wire was loose or something and it looks all clear. Any tips appreciated.

It cuts out as in the entire player shuts off? Where do you have the cd player grounded through, the harness or did you just put the ground to the dash frame or the like?

Cd players tend to cut on and off when voltage gets too low (like a dying battery) I would start by just pulling the cd player and making sure all the connetions are tight. If that doenst fix it then put a volt meter on the power wires and hit the brakes and see if it drops. If it does, then you have a problem further upstream.
