Question looking for axle pivot brackets

kind of a long shot but does anyone have a set of 6 or 8 inch dropped axle pivot brackets that they would sell? my truck started out with a 4 inch lift when i got it and now its up to 8 suspension and 3 body and the dropped brackets from the 4 inch lift are making it real hard to get the camber right(even with adjustable bushings)..if anyone has some please PM me with a price and what size they are..thanks

They really arn't verry expensive new. I think that I paid $45 for my passanger side bracket. Mine was cracked. I have the superlift 4/6 brackets. I got mine from 4WD specialists in Monroe LA. They get them strait from the superlift wearhouse. The owner originaly put up half of the money to start superlift so they have good prices. I can check the price for a pair of new ones on Monday for you. I know that they ship pretty reasonable.

What year truck do you have?

A friend of mine bought two sets of the 4" brackets, bolted them together and braced them to counteract fore and aft movement. He had 1.5 degrees positive caster with 9" of coils and 2" dropped spring buckets after installing 4 degree "c" bushings. It drove ok......

They're not that expensive.

I am just curious how close can you get to the proper alignment with the 4" brackets? My Bronco currently has 4" brackets and 6" coils and I plan on dropping my buckets 2" so I will be in the same position as you. My Bronco is offroad only so I basically just want to make sure that I can get alignment close enough.

on mine its acually close on the driver side but the passenger side is off 1 1/2 degrees, give or take..thats with 8 inches of suspension lift..its not too awful bad..that is with a 2 3/4 offset bushing on each side(the adjustable ones)

With the 3.25 degree bushings from Moog the alignment would really be quite close. I wouldn't think it would be too hard to modify the pivot brackets for an additional couple of inches. If I can't get my alignment close after the bucket drop I am going to give that a shot.

With all of the money you have spent in trying to make that TTB work and come into some decent spec of alignment, you could have done a SAS and been done with it!! It still may not be too late to go that route if you can come up with the parts......

Camber Question

Can you increase positive camber on a 4 inch lift by mounting the beams in the holes for the 6 inch lift on the pivot brackets for Ford Ttb suspension?
Thanks
