has anyone made a light bar to hold foglights. i have an idea for an easy bar mounted in the grill. a few 90 deg. bends and some tubing and some mount tabs. any takers out there
Never really thought about it... i want to eventually get a bullbar and mount some on there. But what were you thinking? i'm sure i could program one up right now and have one of my guys run it, to hold them until i get a bullbar.
do you still have the pic of my truck i sent you? i have my piaas in behind my grill but they get hot so i wanted to bring them out in front of the grill. do you have the means to bend flat stock and weld some tube to the flat stock?
Yeah they are still in my inbox.. but you only sent pics of the exhaust none from the front.
yeah we, could weld some tube onto a formed piece... but it would be easiest to just form a piece of flat stock to what we need rather then joining two or more pieces.
i guess, i'm still trying to picture how it attaches to the grill.
send me a fax number and ill send a pic. it attaches to the plastic/fiberglass shelf that is behind the grill the mounting brackets will come out through the gap between the brill and the top of the bumper than some tube or something with some mounting tabs for the lights. it should be real easy if you can bend some 2" flatbar. 02crew
