GwizRc, I just sent you an email. I love your set-up man and goota have me some details!
Thanks, I lifted the front with 2” Spacers and shocks. I installed dual steering stabilizers. I installed Firestone #2400 air bags in the rear. Then I had six new Super Swamper Radials (SSR’s) installed on my factory rims. The tires are 35x10.5x17 load range E and can be mounted on 7-9” wide rims. After they installed the tires, I took a picture of the duals and the spacing between them. I immediately installed a 2” spacer by Arrow to increase the gap (see gallery). I am very pleased with how everything turned out. The tires hum on the highway but not loud enough to annoy me (yet). They seem to handle pretty good.
I had to adjust my pin box on my fifth wheel to make it level again. It tows just as good as before. Braking is a little slower but still good, especially with the tow/haul mode.
I love the looks and the performance off road. I used to get close to stuck with the factory tires before, now I don't even come close to getting stuck. I live on a ranch and use the truck a lot.
Also I know all duallys come with 4.10s(or I think) can you put 3.73's from an f-250 or another f-350 NON dually in a Dually rear end?
I didnt/dont know for sure if the ring gear sizes are the same.
For one, No.
For two, you will experience worse fuel mileage with higher gears (numerically lower), especially when towing. Lower gears (numerically higher) will make it much easier on the engine (therefore, less gas use) to get the truck moving.
I have an 03' 7.3 with chip and get about 15-16 miles per gallon. And it is a 3.73 rear. Plenty of pulling strength and not to bad with fuel consumption. Unless I try to run over 70 and then it goes to garbage.

Hi Sounds like I have about the same rig as you. What chip (brand) did you use? Thanks Mike.
