6.9 Starting problems

6.9 Starting problems
I have a 85 F250 2WD 6.9 that will not start on its own. I have replaced the GPs the GP wires, the GPs relay, the fuel filter, the fuel pump, the Fuel selector valve, and the return lines. I have also replaced the starter. What can I do now? I have to use a shot of ethier to start it each time.

First off, never...but NEVER use ether if the glow plugs are working at all, unless you really want to rebuild your engine.
Have you tested the new glow plugs to see if they are working?
What shape are your batteries and cables in?
