302 Question??

My 302 5 speed lightly smokes on start up after sittin for a couple of days.. Any ideas?? THANKS!

Valve guide leaking would be my guess.

Be happy it lightly smokes. Mine fumigates the yard when i start it after it has sat after the motor being warm. I agree with the valve seals.

Get some seafoam or lucas oil additive . Might loosen up those seals some. Have a good one.
