Vendor Question

I ordered an SS HPX kit from KCM Diesel Performance last Sunday (order not going in till Monday obviously). I have emailed and called leaving a message being sure to include my contact info and have received nothing in return. This is not a bashing session like I've seen others do recently. I am just curious as to their turn around time. Has anyone else done business with KCM?

Thanks,
Potter

I can't say I have. I ordered mine from ITP along with gauges and will say it is a quality unit. You will be happy with it.

My experience with KCM was good, it's been a long time since I bought it but I think I had my HPX within a week.

I'd cancel it and get it from ITP! Dennis is a stand up guy.

I'd like to give the guy a chance. Besides, unless he gets in touch with me, I'd have to send a complaint to Paypal who would then take their sweet time resolving the issue. I'd really just like to talk to this guy to get my kit that I've already paid for.

Patience is a virtue. Chris, at KCM, got back to me first thing this morning. He is shipping my stuff via air for the incomvenience. Wasn't really an inconvenience, but cool for him to do so.

Glad to do it. Good customer service seems to be a fading trend these days.
