don't know about years...but I believe it was in the Camper Special. try doing a search as I know this has been asked before. Million can even give you a copy of the brochure that gives all the info.

I believe I've seen the right side bed tool boxes as far back as 1967-72 body style, but were certainly available in '73-'79, I wish my '99 F350 S/D had one!! I really miss the one in my '78!

I just checked my 1970- brochure and it shows the toolbox as an option

I have even seen them in 61 to 66 trucks and they were definatly availible in 67 to 72 trucks I think they could be ordered in any long box
