starting problem F250 SD
I let mine set for about a week and went out yesterday to start it and just take it for a drive. It would not start. I ran the batteries down finally and still it did not hit a lick. I recharged the batteries and tried again and it did finally start and ran fine. I drove it about 5 miles and shut it down again. I waited approx. 5 minutes and tried it again. It did start but cranked a much longer time than usual. It runs fine. Has a new (month old) fuel filter. Air filter is new and has never done this before. I wondered if all the fuel might be draining back due to a check valve failure or something of that nature. I am at a loss as to where to start checking.
Your advice is greatly appreciated. Thank You in advance!
