Diablo Predator

I just purchased a diablo sport predator programmer for my 03 5.4l today but dropped the truck off to get tires at same time. The guy loaded it into the truck and told me I was able to change the settings at any time and that it was at stock for the programmer. I run 76 fuel and preamium which is 92 on the octane score. What would you suggest for changing parameter in the tuner. I just dont wanna start pressing buttons and hurt the truck. I also have cai and dual flowmasters.

Just load the performance tune. It will automatically give you the 92 octane setting for the most power and better economy. I also went back in after I loaded the performance tune and modified it so I could firm up all of the shidt points and turn off the torque modulation (power drop between gears). I went full firm on the part throttle and WOT shift pressures. It is firm, but not neck snapping.

Did you leave the global line pressure at 0? I put WOT at firm as well as all the part throttle shift points. It felt like at half throttle it kept wanting to shift without raising rpms. Did you adjust the shift point 1-2 2-3 3-4 or the part throttle ones?

I turned the global pressure all of the way up as well. I did not change the actual shift points. The part throttle shift points are not adjustable on mine and the factory setting for the WOT shift points is plenty high enough.
