Weird radio/amp problems

Just a few weeks ago, my friend was messing with my inside door handle and it mades the sub make noise. He would just pull on it and release. When the handle slammed the door it made the sub "hit". But the weird thing is that is wont make the noise if the right speaker isnt screwed into the inner door.

Lately i have been blowing my interior light/power lock fuse, it will blow almost immediately. So i took my door panel off to see if there was any short(there wasnt). And i notice when i hit the inner door with my fist it makes the sub do the same thing when the door handle slams. So i took the right speaker out to see if there is any shorts, but i noticed that when the speaker is in my hand and i hit the door the sub doesnt do anything. So it is related with the speaker grounding. So im wondering if it has to do with the radio or something?
By the way my system is:
1 kicker CVR 12"
1 boss amp
1 schosche radio outputs to RCA adapter
Facotry tape radio
Sorry if this seems consfusing

I put a larger fuse in and it blew that, so i put the next size up and its still blowing them. So there is def. a short somewhere.
