Valve stem locating pins?
Does the roll pin that lines up the valve stems on dual rear wheels serve any other purpose? I just had new tires installed and noticed that there were no pins showing on any of the wheels of my 1999 F350. I can't remember if they were there before and wondered if they serve any other purpose that I should be concerned about.

they absolutely matter. if theyre even there.
not all wheels will have them.
if theyre there, and not lined up right, that will cause big problems.
like bent rims, very wobbly tires. if the pin doesnt settle into the hole, the wheel wont mount flush.
i dont think your truck even has them tho.
ud know already if it did, and they werent lined up.
