axle code 19
Would this axle code 19 be good for a 2004 F-150 ? I got this code on this site . It was showing 1991 The 2004 F-150 VIN number is 1FTRF12W44NC11837.

yep, that's the one i got... someone on here once posted it was 3.31 gears, but it is supposedly 3.55 open diff... either way, i'd avoid it if you have the option to go for one with a limited slip 3.73... my old truck had that and it was a lot snappier and a lot easier to take off quick (my current one usually boils one tire, or rarely, if by some grace of god it catches traction, it doesn't move all that quick - compared to the old truck anyway).
I will give you one thing though... it is better on the slippery stuff, since you have a wheel that will always have traction, so it's much harder to fishtail the truck...
