hey all, i did a search and still did,nt find what i think i need to know.lol i lowerd the rear of my 60 f100 couple days ago, by moving spring hangers up on the frame. can anybody tell me what the driveshaft and pinion angle should be to work together. the rear axle was not removed from springs, i didnt flip anything just moved hangers higher on frame.

A little food for thought. The angles from the trans end and the diff
end need to be the same or as close to it as possible. Imagine a line straight
out of the Yoke(either end) and a line in the middle of the driveshaft, the angle
created at their intersection,normally 4/6degrees is what you're shooting for.
Under acceleration the pinion tries to climb the ring gear, so you may have some
vibration then. You can alter the angle with shims if needed.
