Ya know, I searched through for a bit too...it is odd...you can find some ones name they put on...but not a screen name.
But...when I did loko at the gallery you posted, it was last done just a few weeks ago, so it seems he may be an active member.
You might try posting up his name on the "heavy duty" (I think it was...i/e the forum for larger than F-150's) forum, maybe he'll respond?
