Engine Number
Can someone help me identify my 223 a little better. What does the 'P' stand for in EBP-6015-D?

Theres a pic of the stamping in my gallery.

Engine Number
I was looking at casting number identification in a book that covers FE blocks and from what I can determine from that I got a little of the number. E= year, B= decade, 6015 is engine assembly. That would make the year of the engine a 1955.
