Auto column shift linkage loose

Auto column shift linkage loose
Hopefully; Dennis or someone has a picture view of the column shifter; my buddies 77 shift lever is super sloppy and seems to be missing a inner cam or something; even missing the cam pin that holds the lever into the column (held on by a allen wrench). Got any ideals to fix or do we need to find another column sleeve?

Sorry for the delay reply; Dennis; havn't disassemble the column yet; the shift lever has about 30 degree play in any direction. I take it that the spring provides tension on the lever. Is this a easy thing to replace thru the top of the steering column once the wheel is remove?
