96 Ranger front suspension

I've got a 96 Ranger 4x4 with a 4.0 engine extended cab. The truck pulls to the right when driving down the freeway. I had an alignment done, and it still pulls to the right. They didn't seem very helpful. The inside front tires are wearing heavily too. Someone else, who has a Ranger, says they had a similar problem. Their springs were sagging, so the inside of the tires were riding harder. If one spring was sagging more than the other, I guess it could cause the truck to pull to one side and inside tire wear. I hate to just start changing parts. I never seem to have luck with that. Does anyone else have any ideas or suggestions? Thanks.
