soo this is the first time ive ever owned a ford woohoo =P its an 03 EB w/88K WHITE. I noticed though that the window switch on the drivers side will put the passenger window down but not up and the passenger switch will run it down and up. im guessing this is a contact problem on the driver switch. called dealer and they said theyll take care ofit when i bring it it but the dealer is about 30miles or so from me. Does anyone know how to take the drivers side switch panel apart? i want to clean the contacts on the switch.

welcome to the site. to get to the switch, just pry the panel up with a tiny flathead. once up, unplug the connectors, and then shimmy the switch from the panel. as far as disassembling the switch itself to clean the insides...you are on your own...i wouldn't recommend it.
