Intermittent start (No Fuel)
Needs some help here. 1990 f150 4x4 auto 5.0.... Every so often it will not start and it is usually first thing in the morning. Come back later and it starts.
So here is what I have done so far. I eliminated an ignition problem by putting carb cleaner while cranking and it fires right up. When turning the key on you do NOT here the fuel pump cycle. Bypassed pin 6 to ground on EEC test plug and the fp relay clicks, but still no noise from fuel pumps. Went ahead and replaced the Fuel pump relay still the same problem. I checked the inertia switch for continuity, checks ok. Checked for power at the EEC relay and Fuel Pump relay and those checked ok... Now I am at a loss...
