'63 Fuse Panel Help

The rear running lights on my '63 aren't working. I've traced the wire from the rear to the front and found that the (brown) wire was cut and removed under the dash. I see from a '64 wiring diagram I found online that the brown wire should connect to the headlight switch fuse panel. The only problem is the diagram I have is not detailed enough for me to tell exactly where that wire is supposed to connect. Any ideas?

Thanks!
JT

Retro sorry for the delay. I've benn elbow deep in Farfegnugen all weekend. Anyway I looked at the schematic I have(64 falcon) then looked at my truck and my ranchero same system longer wires. The book shows a black wire from the headlight switch to a white connector then to the tail lights. My ranchero has this wire brown, my 61 unibody has this wire black with yellow stripe. If you have the headlight swith out hold it so the **** is to the right and the fuses up the terminal will be the lowest one and the blade will be horizontal. Hope this helps. Also make sure you have good grounds and clean ALL the connections. Rich.
