Rust!
I have a 1995 ford f-150 xlt.
i check under my truck and my muffler brace is rusted, and my leaf spring braces are rusted so much i could rub it away! all parts are factory made they were with the truck. the muffler brace is rusted away it isn't holding anything!

Typical for this year trucks . The spring mounts can be got most anywhere now. grind /drill out rivets and replace with HD bolts .
As for the exhaust hanger . You can get after market pipe hangers and put on it. Just a metal strap with holes and a clamp. Or find new or used one to replace it.
I kmow the pin type mount on my cat went bad . I searched in books at Napa and got a clamp on pin off a van fixed it.
